Unleash the power of your nonverbal communication (body language)

Basically it's like this: body language (facial expressions included) and para language reflect your subconscious opinion about something while your words reflect your conscious opinion (or in some cases what you want another person to believe)...

The problem with this is that your listener's subconscious mind will instantly read your body language and send a signal (in a form of a feeling) to their conscious mind that you're not telling the truth! So in order to get through to another person you must be congruent.

What that means is that your body must communicate the same as your words

This is very important. Even more so if you are trying to:

• sell anything to your customers
• attract or seduce that pretty lady or that handsome guy you always wanted
• be instantly perceived as charming, charismatic, self confident, trustworthy...
• effectively persuade people to do what you tell them
• signal liking when it's most appropriate
• read what the other person feels about you and respond accordingly
• build rapport very fast with another person (connect with them to bring out that great feeling of friendship, attraction and trust)
• use body language to provoke sexual attraction towards you in another person
• a lot more
